H1B transfer - Less than six months

Hi All,

Currently i am with Employer A(from past 4 years and 10 months). With currently employer i filled GC in EB3 and got I140 approved ( in Sep 19,2011). Now i got an offer from Employer B. I have following questions

1. If i transfer to Employer B, Can i retain my priority date from approved I140?(it's not been 1 year since my I140 approved)

2. I was on L1 until Oct 1 2011 and now on H1 from last 5 months. Will this be a problem if i make transfer now(It's not been 6 months since i was on H1B)

1) You can retain the PD if you have an approved I140.
