d_sherry Posted March 25, 2012 Report Share Posted March 25, 2012 hi, my H1 extension got approved a month back. Now I got another opportunity in a different state than I am currently working in. I heard uscis is coming to client locations for verification. if I want to move to the new client, does my employer need to file H1 amendment or LCA or both? will the USCIS come to my current client location? if so will there be any problem even after filing a new LCA or H1 Amendment?
