altok
My Priority Date: April 2008 140 approved: Sept 2010 We had a corporate restructuring recently. My attorney suggested we file for a successor of interest 140 amendment in premium processing. But USCIS did not accept for premium processing and accepted only in regular processing. This new amendment application 140 receipt we received has no priority date. Unfortunately attorney did not do concurrent processing. Now that the dates are retrogressing the attorney is suggesting we apply 485/ead/ap with old I140 approval and not include the new 140 receipt. How will USCIS know that I have a SIC 140 pending? How will they get connected. I am totally confused. Can anyone share if they faced a similar situation? Please help. Link to comment
