vaibh4
Hello, I traveled to Canada on March 4th for visa stamping. MY return was within 30 days so the airline employees told me that they do not need I-94. Everything is in order till then. Now due to administrative processing our stay got extended and we are flying back on 27th March. SO we are still in the 30 day limit which is good. My question is what do I do with the I-94 card ? Do I give it to the immigration officer when I enter the US or should it be sent to Kentucky service center? A quick reply will be very appreciated if you know the answer as we are traveling back to the US in next 3 days. Thanks, Link to comment
Deepthi12
I had a similar experience. I forgot to give my I-94 when going to India on a visit. While coming back I did not mention anything about it, and I did not face any problems. I recommend that you do not bring it up yourself unless until asked for. Link to comment
livliv
Nothing. You will undergo US immigration at Canadian airport itself and they will just see your I-94 and let you keep the same one. They will not issue you a new I-94 as long as your H4 Visa was approved. Link to comment
