MKPDB Posted March 24, 2012 Report Share Posted March 24, 2012 Hi, My PD was 10/22/2011, and it got denied because of following region ETA Form section D(Employeer contact information) lists both the attoeney's e-mail address and the attorney's phone number in lieu of the employeer's contact information, the National Processing Center is unable to directly contact the employer .
