L1 Extension Denied and want to apply for H1B

Hi,

I was on L1B for 2 yrs and on April 2011 I had applied for extension but and got RFE on 4th August 2011 and respnded to them on 2nd Nov. Recently I got my Visa extension got denied and immediately I have to travel back to India. Now, I'm in India and would like to know what options are available for me.

1. can I apply for H1B immediately?

2. Can I apply for L1A immediately

3. If I want to apply for L1B again how long should I have to wait?

4. Any other options/restrictions available.
