Urgent help: Questions with Experience Letters

Hi guys,

I have a tough situation and need your help regarding experience letters.

1. Does the title & employment date in resume & in exp letter should have to be same?

2. Is it okay if I have gaps in the employment (I was on OPT (F1)) ?

3. If I get exp letters from colleague, does that has to be notarized? or the letter on their letterhead will be okay?

4. We processed my H1B case with one resume, can I change it (dates, titles) for GC case?
