Madhan786 Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 Hi, My Friend was working on H1B last year but when she went for VISA stamping in India they issued 221 G and was pending for over 6 months and VISA not issued. She came here on H4 and want to try for job with H1B. She used only about 3 years of H1B so far, so do she need to apply H1B only after April 1st and start working from October 1st-202 or is she elgible to apply any time not considering new quota from April 1st-2012 ?
