EAD/AP combo card and travel

Hello Experts,

I am planning to travel india in June. I got EAD/AP Combo card(This card looks like driving license). I would like to know wether this card is sufficient to travel india. I heard from my friends that I need to have AP document papers to travel instead of EAD/AP Combo card.

I was wondering whether anyone travelled using EAD/AP Combo card and reentered to US without any issues. Should I call USCIS to send AP paper documents?

Will the immigration offier ask AP papers if I show EAD/AP Combo card at port of entry. If I tell officer that this what USCIS sent to me, will they accept OR they will send back to INDIA?

Please advice.
