Trouble with Previous employer

Hello All:

I recently resigned from my previous desi employer and joined a big American MNC, am on H1B. But my previous employer did not pay me from the month of January where in I should get 2 months paid. Now they came back and saying that I should pay for the H1 filing fee and then only they can give me my pay. Also all these years they promised me of benifitds but paid none and even charged for my health insurance. They do not reply to emails or calls. I am confused what to do and I just can't take it easy as it is 2 months pay.

Please advise what can be done for me to get my pay checks without having issues.
