H4 - H1B visa...

Hi All,

I am on H4 visa and I came to US in Jan 2012.Now my employer is ready to sponser my H1B visa.

Mine is still not yet documented,and i came to know the H1b should file on April 1st.

Question : What if i will not set the docs ready by April 1st?

Will it be any rejection if i apply in the month of May,provided all the docs set?

April is just the earliest an application can be filed.

Applications can be filed from April 1 on until the end of the fiscal year, i.e., Sep. 30, 2013, or until the quota is filled, whichever comes earlier.

Last year, the quota was open until late in the year.

My previous work experience as IT Technical recruiter with BSC Electronics and MBA degree.Can anyone help am i need to change the position if my employer sponser visa on H1.

what is the chance for approval towards management roles and responsibilities??

If the employer doesn't know how to handle these things, the employer should consult with a good immigration lawyer.

You should not be involved with these details.
