K1827 Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 Hi, I am on OPT EXT, i have been working from last 20 months as a contractor. i was on vacation from 3rd week of Nov to 3rd week of January. Now i am applying for my H1 but the only full pay stub i have is FEB. For Nov and January i have half pay stubs and for month Dec i dont have any. Will it be a problem? if so how to handle this.
