shuwee
I know it has been discussed a lot of times however I will appreciate if anyone can guide me a little. I am on H1b working right now and going to file H1b transfer to another company. The issue is i have only last 2 curent pay stubs (last 1 month). The new company is asking for last 6 pay stubs (last 3 months). I told them that my current company didn't give me any. So can anyone tell me what my chances are for H1b transfer to be successful. Anything I can do to make my case stronger? Thanks a lot. Link to comment
shuwee
In case if someone is looking for the same issue, my attorney told me to give xerox of what ever pay checks I have without pay stubs so that USCIS knows that I was not out of status and we have applied for H1B transfer. Will provide more update, once I know what might happen. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
I don't know why your company attorney is asking for last 6 pay stubs. I just transfer my H1B & I submitted only 2 paystubs(I got 2 paystubs per month from previous company). Link to comment
