H1B - D160 Question

Hi,

I was in US from past 3 yr's last year my H1B extension got denailed and i have to come to India.

Now i apllied for new H1B and got approved. Now while filling the D160 form not sure what to answer for below question.( Yes or no )

"Have you ever been refused a US Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdraw your application for admission at the point of entry ?"

Yes /No

The answer is no.

Petition denial is not the same as Visa denial. The petition was not even filed by you, it was filed by your employer.
