My employer will be filing my H1B petition this April and i understand I will be able to work only after my H1B is approved and my status changed in 1-94. Will I be able to start working as soon as these happen? Will the H1B processing happen only in October or a premium processing in April enable me to start working asap and not make me wait till October? Thanks. Link to comment
