Information needed regarding complaint against fraud employer

Hello All,

I need directions how to complaint agianst a shady company to DOL, from which i have recently got misguided and its fraudlent company.

Last year a company promised me to file H1 and he took 2000 money from me for expenses for my h1 filing. he said its for legal expenses and i have to bare this expenses.

And he applied for my LCA and we had issues with LCA regarding salary, and dragged up to dec, by which Quoto got over.

And he never filed my H1 and now he is refusing to return back my money which he saying its for legal expenses and he is not responding to my

emails and phone calls, i am tired of this and would like to go with complaint.

Since he never applied my H1, i am expecting my money back.

Can some one give some directions how to proceed and complaint againt this company.

I have all written mails and check proofs.

I am on L2 EAD, and planned to convert to H1 lastyear.

Search for WH-4. That's the form to file a complaint with DOL.
