I guess his employer will receive the approval documents which will be passed over to him. Is there any approval document for H4 that i should be looking for? The reason i am asking is that the I539 receipt notice was sent to my home address in a different state. I moved to a different state 4 months back. Will my H4 approval docs be sent along with my husband's H1 documents to his employer or how does it happens? Pls let me know, Awaiting response Link to comment
livliv Posted March 19, 2012 Report Share Posted March 19, 2012 Your H4 approval may be sent to your home address. If you have moved from there, you will need to apply for a duplicate approval notice. Link to comment
