H1B transfer possible for my case???

Hi,

Presently I'm working in L1B under one employer. On 2009 when I was in L1B, some other company applied H1B for me. I got approval on Oct 1st, 2009. But that time I was in India. So could not start working for H1B issuing company.

Can I transfer this H1B to some other employer? and Start working for new employer? Please keep in mind that I never been worked for the company who applied H1B for me.
