ravalsam
My L1 got extended just now. I am planning to visit India soon. Is there any chances for rejection during visa stamping? I have my dependent here so how long they can be here in case of rejection? Link to comment
goomail
chances for rejection - we cant really predict, it varies case by case. You dependents (on L2) must leave US immediately if your visa is rejected. Their stay and status is valid ONLY when your status is valid. There is no L2 without L1. Link to comment
