skd437 Posted March 17, 2012 Report Share Posted March 17, 2012 My wife lost her passport and with that her visa stamp.The visa actually expired in 2010.She received her new passport and I am filling a DS-160 for a new h4 visa(My h1b visa approved on Mar 9 2012 ) form but not sure what I should answer for this question "has your US visa ever lost or stolen".Should I answer this YES though the visa in the passport was expired.Your reply is greatly appreciated Link to comment
