H1 Approved Petition - back in 2007

I have a H1 Approved petition approval recieved on date:

Valid from 10/01/2007 for 3 years.

This petition was never used (never stamped on passport). I travelled to USA on L1 Visa.

The origional petition is still with my company, though i have scan copy of it.

Now, Can this petition can be used get employment with other employer?

What steps needs to be done?
