need H-1B stamping after I-140 denial while on F-1 status

Hi!

I am currently in H-1b status and need to travel to my home country and get a H-1b visa stamp. I came to US in 2004 on F-1 visa and got my degree in 2010. I worked on OPT most of 2010 and found employer to sponsor me for H-1 B. In 2009 I applied for I-140 National intereste waiver and was denied. my question is if I will have any issues with my H-1 b stamping due to my I-140 denial while on F-1 (because I showed my immigtation intent while in a non-immigrant status)?
