Applying for H4 while H1B visa is filed...

I am working in the US in H1B visa and i want to bring my wife under H4 visa this year. Meanwhile she also got a sponser for H1B visa for the current year and they are planning to file for it in the first week of April 2012, when the H1B quota will be opened. And i wanted to bring her in H4 as my dependent after our marriage in April end till she gets approved for her H1B and start working from sep-oct 2012. So my question is.. Is there any known complications in this given scenario because when she appears for her H4 interview, will there be an issue since she has also been filed for H1B. So its like applying for two differnt visas, but with different purposes and terms and conditions. Just curious... Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
