nithi2601 Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Hi, This is my situation: I got H4 visa valid till 2016, but PED on it shows aug 2011. That is, my husbands I797 expired on 2011,but got new I797 which is valid till 2014. Both are from same employer. I too received new i797 and i 94. My question is: Sine I m going to India next month , whether I have to re-stamp my visa or can i travel with the same one? If I have to re-stamp, will have to follow the same procedure as i did first time? Thank you Link to comment
