L1A Manager or Executive Criteria Clarifications

I would like to know what is the criteria to satisfy L1A type of petition.

In My case here are the events of my employment with same employer from past 10 years.

Joined the company in India on July 2002 as entry level programmer position. Promoted to team leader and performed this role till I left to US on on L1B - December 2006.

Returned back to India on Feb 2008. Worked as Product Manager from Feb 2008 till March 2009 in manager or exective capacity.

Transferred to US office and entered US on 22-March-2009 and working till date in the US office. However my L1B expired on 31-Jan-2012. Employer has filed for extention and change of status to L1A where RFE is been issue by USICS.

I would like to do I quality for the following criteria per USICS definition for L1A ?

Generally have been working for a qualifying organization abroad for one continuous year within the three years immediately preceding his or her admission to the United States;
