L1 to H4 query - URGENT

I am on L1B VISA with Company A, the company is paying me in my Home Country.I am receiving my compensation in my home country so the payment is in Local currency.

My wife is only H1B with company B.

I am planning to do I COS from L1B to h4 COS from the US, my questions.

1.will I be asked to go to my home country for stamping ?

2.will there be a rfe asking for my paystubs ,and if yes then can I produce the paystubs i am receiving from my home country?

3.what will be the processing time ?

4.Then later if I do a h4 to H1 will I be getting any rfe's related to the L1 paystubs.
