H4 to H1B as a IT Technical Recruiter

Hi friends,

Currently I am on my H4 Visa.

I used to work for a company previously in India as a IT Technical Recruiter for almost 4 years.

They are willing to sponsor my H1B for this year as they have an office at USA for the same position.

I have a Bachelors and a MBA degree with HR as specialization.

I want to know ,what are chances of getting my H1B approved?
