On 7th Year...Changing Employer w/I-140 approved

I am on my 7th year of H1-B with Employer "A" with only one year extensin; i.e. My current I-797 is valid til Jan 2013. Got My I-140 approved with the priority date Dec, 2010 on EB-3.

A is not porting my status to EB-2 from EB-3, so decided to join "B" and have to take the decision very soon. However there is another job with employer "C" taking longer than expected. This is my dream job. Both the new employers "B" and "C" are willing to do my GC in EB-2.

Question I have is:

Can I accept the Job with "B"; they start my transfer and all that good stuff in the mean time, (If) I get the offer from "C" can I accept the job and reject the offer from B.

If I do this what are the complications I may have?

Please advice ASAP...

Yes you can do that.

Make sure there are no contracts involved. If there are desi companies involved they may create some problems.
