H1B petition no response for the last 1 year

Hi,

My company had filed my H1B last April 2011. I had got the receipt and was tracking online. But since i didnt hear any feedback my company asked the attorney to follow up and they got feedback in a wriiten mail from USCIS that my petition is approve and they had send the approved petition in the month of June. But still the EAC no in online says "Initial Review"

Post the same, we got a mail from USCIS saying the same and my company applied for I824 duplicate copy of the approved petition. Same case, online says "Initial Review" For the last 5 months no response at all. This was applied in the Vermont center. I am confused. All the other folks who has 1 or 2 EAC nos more than me has an updated status, but only my status still remains "Initial review"

Solicit advise on the same. If you need more info, pls ask for the same.
