h1bdreamz Posted March 11, 2012 Report Share Posted March 11, 2012 Hi Murthy Firm attorney, I have valid H1 and B1 from the company A.Now company A is saying they can sponsor a B-trip as there is an urgent requirement for 3-4 weeks.So my question is can i take this option for B1-Trip ? If not what necessary actions to be taken by the onsite company ? Please update me both pros and cons as i should inform my company by tuesday. Can onsite company which offered me H1,can take me on a B1 ? Should they run payrolls while am on B1-trip ? Link to comment
