Travel to St. Martin Island , Caribbean- H1 Visa

Hi ,

I am on H1B visa . recently I got my three year extension after my 6 year completion based on my approved I-140.

My visa stamp on my passport is expired.

My Company is sponsoring a trip to St. Martin Island , french west indies for a week.

Questions

1. Do I have to get a visa to travel to Caribbean

2. Do I have to go for visa stamping for re-entering into united states or I can travel back without any hassle.
