dimplesinghsoin Posted March 10, 2012 Report Share Posted March 10, 2012 We were planning to apply for employment based green card under the EB1 uota but our lawyer old us the One year as a manager outside condition. My husband has been on L1B for 5 years and L1A for 1 year .. He has been working as a supervisor for the first 3 years in US manging the India team too. and As a manager for the last 3 and a half hrs .. Can he apply under EB1 ? As he has been taking care of US as well as India team .... Our Lawyer advised to go for EB2 .. Link to comment
