Can I get another 3 years for such situation?

My husband had I-140 approved. The PD is current now.

However, the attorney from the company said they could not submit I-485 at this moment

because his current salary is lower thant the PW determined before.

So in this situation, if my husband wants to change a job, can he get another 3 year since his I-140 was approved. His 6 year limit will be reached in October 2013. I heard with PD current, even with I-140 approved,

he can only get 1 year or till October 2013, whichever is longer. Is that correct?

If you change employers, you cannot use the PERM or I140 from the previous employer.

But since you have the I140 approved, you can retain the PD.
