asyq5
Hi, I am currently in my 7th year of my H1b. My H1b with my previous employer was valid till Aug 2014 (after I140 approval). This was however reduced to sep 2012 after my H1b transfer to my current employer. I have been with my new employer for only one month now - so only 1 pay check. At this point I want to transfer to another company who are ready to start my GC process immediately. Can I do a H1b transfer again now? Do have enough time for atleast the PERM to be filed and approved? (Guesstimate??) Is there any other way to get back original 3 years? I am really confused at this point as to how t proceed. Any advise or help is greatly appreciated. thanks Sank Link to comment
kalyan_ac
You will need atleast 3 paychecks from the current employer to move on. Not sure what you mean by if you have enough time for what? Link to comment
