kadavulae Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 I'm in US in H1b status. Recently i changed my employer. My h1b got transferred and i got new I-94. But my NEW I-94 does not contain expiration date. Does anyone have this problem? Link to comment
Attorney_10 Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 Generally, the employer should notify USCIS if there is an error or typo on the I-797 Approval Notice and have it corrected immediately. USCIS will likely issue an amended approval notice. Typically only the bottom left portion of the I-797 approval notice contains the validity dates of the petition.
