H4 - to H1B

Hello Sir,

My husband recetly travelled in H1B.I am currently working in India & H1 initiated for 2012 cap.My petition will get

filed sometime in June.I am planning to travel to US for 3 months in H4 after june.Will get the stamping for H1B

once my petition is approved.

Now my question is:

1.IS it possible to travel in H4 when your H1B is processing?

2.Do i have any chances of rejection for H1B since i recently travelled in H4?

3.Or is it safe to travel in tourist visa for those 3 months.
