dthakur Posted July 6, 2011 Report Share Posted July 6, 2011 Hi All, I have a question regarding H4 stamping. My husband is in US, I went for H4 stamping in Delhi consulate. I got 221g(green) form asking for documents(including I-797). I submitted the docs on 2nd May'11. I got a call from consulate on 11th May and was interviewed on phone again.VO did not ask for my passport, so my passport is still wtih me. The visa application is still under processing. In the meanwhile my husband has ammended his H1, and got a new I-797. Now my question is, with my h4 application pending for admin processing can I schedule another appointment and go for H4 stamping again with new I-797 or I have to wait for 221g to get processed?
