sweetpoi098
Hi, I worked with employer A untill Mar 2012 who got labor approval in Feb 2012. I changed to employer B who will process greencard for me in Jun 2012. But Can I continue and apply I-140 through my old employer A without him knowing that I changed to employer B? Thanks, Subramanian Link to comment
schintala
I140 is employer's document. He has to file for you and you can not apply yourself. Link to comment
sweetpoi098
schintala, Pls. understand my question. Employer A is willing to file I-140 for me but he is not aware that I changed to employer B. I am working for Employer B on H1B now. But can I aspire that Employer A processes I-140 for me although I am not on his rolls anymore and he doesnt know that I changed to Employer B. Link to comment
