Full time & Part time employment

Hello,

I have approved H1B from Company A (current company) and Company B. I am leaving Company A and joining Company B next week on a full time basis. Company A wants me to continue working for them on a part time basis.

I am in my 7th year of H1B. I have an approved I-140 from Company A and on that basis I got a three year extension for Company A. Using the same I-140 Company B also filed and got a three year 797 approval.

Can I be employed by two employers at the same time - one full time and one part time? Company A is ready to amend my petition.

Just wanted to know if you have any idea on the approval of part time h1 b. I am full time employee, got h1 approved for 3 years. Planning to convert to part time. Will part time be approved for 3 years just like normal h1 or could be less than that ?
