perlperl Posted May 17, 2011 Report Share Posted May 17, 2011 I have priority date of Sep' 2008 EB2 category. My lawyer applied I-140 premium processing last week. Hopefully once it is approved, I can get 3 years extension on H1B. Once I get 3 year extension on H1B, can I temporarily move to India for couple of years and work remotely from there. Once the priority date becomes current, I can come back to US so that employer can file I-485. Do you guys think, this is a legal procedure and company will allow this. Link to comment
