kum007 Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 Hi folks, My priority date is November 17, 2007 and it became current in Dec 2011 but I filed I-485 late February, 2012 for some reason. I received the 3 receipts from USCIS just a week ago. My question is, does USCIS still going to process GC based on my priority date or based on the receipt date?
