B1 to H1

Hi,

I have B1 visa from XYZ company in india and got stamping for 10 yrs. Now that XYz company dont have any onsite offers.

SO what is best way to come to US.

1) Is it Possible if i have a job with client letter through ABC consultancy (US based ) and come to US - what sort of question i will face in Immigration.

2)How to file H1 from India directly now that we are having loads of queris at stamping.

You can not enter on the B1 to work for a US company.

The US company would have to file an H1 for you, anytime after April 1 with a start date no earlier than Oct. 1, and when it is approved, you can get an H1 visa and enter up to 10 days before the H1 start date.
