Hello

I have been employed in US by a company A in L1A Visa category as a multi national Executive & Manager

1. Is it possible to initiate GC with Company B while I employed in comany A under the EB1 category ( Multi National Executive & Manager) ?

2. Is there any requirement for company B to be a Multi National company?

3. Do I need to be part of company B to initiate GC?
