Received Date: 26th Jan 2012 Status: Initial Review. on uscis.gov it shows 3 months for the processing time, lets track how much time it takes on an average. Link to comment

Going2India Posted April 10, 2012 Report Share Posted April 10, 2012 Mine was submitted in Regular on Jan 30, 2012 in Vermont and just got approved today (Apr 10, 2012). Got the SMS from USCIS regarding I-539 approval and my attorney get an email for my I-797 approval. Link to comment

Going2India Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 It's an EVC model but the case status has still not changed on the website. But it changed for my Family I-539 and my attorney said they have received the email too (which so far I haven't got). I am still waiting for the hard copies but I am sure this is done. With this rate, you are going to get the papers (under Regular) by July-August. If you can wait till that time, your wish. Link to comment

USCI sites shows that current time for Vermont Service Center - 2.0 Month(s). Not sure when I can expect my Visa to be approved. Any Idea????? Link to comment
