info_seeker09 Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 Hello I have H1B from company A, I have stamped vise till FEB 2010 and valid I 797 until FEB 2010. In NOV 2009 my Company (A) Revoked my H1B and in USCIS Web site it showed it was processed by Nov 20 2009. I applied New H1B through new company B on DEC 17 2009, I got my H1B Approved with attched I94 to I797. Now my I140 is pending, My priority date may come any time soon, Is this out of status. if so is there any preventive steps before filing i485. Please advise. Link to comment
