STATUS: Card/ Document Production The USPS reported that your new card was delivered on March 1, 2012, directly to the address we had on file. If you did not receive your card, or have any questions, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283 Should I wait for a couple of days or give USCIS call right away? Also when does the status change to delivered, is that after you receive your card? Link to comment
kalyan_ac Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 Call them rightaway. Did your address change or something? Usually when they say it is delivered at the address given during filing as it is sent in priority mail via USPS it means its delivered. Link to comment

Also when does the status change to delivered, is that after you receive your card? same happened to me. What did you do? Is it big priority mail envelop or regular sized? Not sure it they left outside the door and someone took it. Link to comment
