H1B got denied

Hi,

Last year my company has applied H1b under premium processing from india , unfortunately RFE was raised and subsequently denied . The RFE was about the position offered in petition not qualifying as a speciality occupation , denial was due to insufficient evidence to conclude that the position was a speciality occupation . My employer is not appealing the case, I want to know if i can re apply in the coming april 2012 quota , will there be any complications attached, Kindly clarify.
