H1b extension 221g not solved and job terminated

I have very hard time understanding laws and hit this forum.

I am in India now waiting for 221g approval. I had three 221g inquiries and the 3rd one is still not approved. I have submitted docs on Feb 22 for 3rd 221g query.

Now today I got terminated from my current job in USA.

Not sure what are the options for me to settle my case. My current employer may give me 15 days period to terminate my visa.

Please help.
