lsuindia Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 I filed my H1 to H4 COS in Feb,2012.Will my application be abandoned if I travel out of country while my H4 is pending? Can I wait in india until the COS approves here and then go to indian consulate with approved cos and I94 for stamping and return?Please help. Link to comment
rrr2008 Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 Your application won't be abandoned when you travel out of the country, but it is not necessary to wait until your H4 COS approval, since you are out of country, you can attend for visa stamping in India with your husband's documents. If you husband is workign in EC or EVC model, there are chances of getting a query. Link to comment
