Dependent's I-140 approval during EAD

My wife has I-140 approved and she is on EB3 and her PD is not current. I am on EB2 and my PD is current. I am going ahead with EAD / 485.

1) Do i need to declare that her I-140 is approved ?

2) Where and how do i declare her I-140 approval status ?

p.s: the G-28 doc has AXXXX number against Reciept number and for her it is None. Is that the right way to do this ?

As part of the current documentation , i am submitting all her I-797's visa approvals etc.

Dont just file I-485/I-765/I-131 for yourself. Include her as your derivative so that you both will be approved for EAD.

Since your on EB2 and is current, you can ignore her EB3.
