hari_iyer
My wife has I-140 approved and she is on EB3 and her PD is not current. I am on EB2 and my PD is current. I am going ahead with EAD / 485. 1) Do i need to declare that her I-140 is approved ? 2) Where and how do i declare her I-140 approval status ? p.s: the G-28 doc has AXXXX number against Reciept number and for her it is None. Is that the right way to do this ? As part of the current documentation , i am submitting all her I-797's visa approvals etc. Link to comment

Include her as your derivative so that you both will be approved for EAD. Since your on EB2 and is current, you can ignore her EB3. Link to comment
